The Araucaria tree is millennial, and is the raw material from which the Pehuenche Mapuche people live on the side of the Andes Mountains in Chile. It lives on fallen trees in a natural way to make firewood and warm itself in the harsh winters where a lot of snow falls, and the fruit of it, which is known as the pinion, which they cook and eat with natural honey and with it . they also make flour and bread from the pinion, being a very nutritious and ancestral food.
